Everyone that posted had good responses. A classic flat fender is going to be slow on the highway. If you want to do a restoration --- consider your abilities and facilities to do it.
A "newer" PW is more roadable and mechanic friendly if needed.
Better yet --- buy a new Power Ram AND a classic PW !!!
