you would think a dealer would have a pressure gauge and an idea of how the system works. the 6.7 engine has been around, unchanged for at least 7 years now. it is hard to discuss logic with the service writer who 'knows' procedure, an expert veteran tech with 30 years of chrysler experience and a service manager who doesn't know either. calls to dodge started out friendly and potentially helpful and then turned you're out of warranty and SOL. never again will i buy, specify or recommend a dodge product built after 1968. i promise myself every day as i drive my spare 2002 gmc yukon with 200k flawless miles, that this dodge will be my last. sucks.
