Did some reading on line about it. I could make a curved mold out of a chunk of wood first. Using a heat gun to warm up the plastic and form it over the wood and trim the edges. Doing that I could make a curved cover to fit real close which would look better. Guess I need to get me a new heat gun since I broke my old one. Could also heat in a oven to 300 degs and lay it on the form. Paint it black when done.
