it pretty much puts the front tire in the middle of the rears track
hope you can solve the stem problem
my stems don t have that snake bend in them and are just bent once coming out of the rim
wonder is you can bend it out of the way
can t really tell from your pics
does almost look like reversed you can snake it out the back side but may have to grind the caliper bracket mount down
another option is move the center back in some on the inner so you end up with .8 in. or so between tires or as mikey says 11.2 from tire center to tire center and then it may clear but not sure
when running drums the reason you move the centers on each as little as possible is the more further out it is the more you would have to bevel the outside of of the drum down
when i did mine i just barely had to bevel cur the drum down and as memory serves me mine was plus or minus the 11.2 center to center
another option maybe to move the outer out further and the inner as little as possible to come up with the 11.2
another option might be to get the hubs with the disc adapter flange welded on to the hub further back towards the frame and put the caliper bracket on the back side of the backing plate holes of the axle
are as i said maybe find some two piston calipers
this 4 piston toyota caliper looks interesting
