Well I've never had one do that, but I haven't tried removing screws that have been in in place for years. Plus I tend to use stainless with some anti-seize on all those fasteners anyway.
I wouldn't mind a few larger sizes but that's a whole different gun setup, even the 1/4-20 requires some real hand strength with the gun style like I have.
But for access panels and support bolts and such I have used the heck out of them! Need to order some more inserts for the #8's actually, and I've already had to buy more #10 and 1/4-20s.
You can technically make your own tool with a bolt a some nuts and a washer, you're just looking to pull them up tight so they crush around the opening, the gun just helps get everything right and is a little faster.
