OK boys who can help. It got a Cummins engine and no cold start help. No grid heater, no glow plugs, no block heater. Just some kind of can that gives it a shot of starting fluid mounted under the hood. Looks like it was added after the fact. But there is no can on the bracket. SHE dont start. Help.
