(1) A great big straight edge makes a good mud spreader.
(2) Do not stop at 80 grit and expect the sanding primer to fill the scratches, i find 80 grit scratches will show up years later- finish with 150
(3) got a shop vac with a hepa filter? If so use it often. Also blow the body, sanding board off with air, tends to clog up less.
(4) watch your hardener ratio.
(5) use a great big sanding block. Those flexible ones are decent.
(6) Dusk mask, we KNOW you have a good one.
