The bondo should be finished with 220 or finer; then spray the high build primer. The high build primer should be block sanded with 400 and wet (400- 600 grit) sanded with a sanding block, don't use your fingers... You can fill any pinholes with the icing and carefully sand, with a block. You will not need to prime over the top of the high build, in fact if you do it will just have to re-wetsand the whole thing. What type of paint is going on as the top coat, and what color?
