When I go to my local dealer to get parts, I can hardly find a place to park or even drive onto their property, because their lot it so over-full of new inventory they are trying to move. It is a smack in the face before you even walk in the door where their priority is.
On the other hand the quality of parts there seems to be superior to what I've found at parts stores.
