PTO Setup

I have a WM300 with a NP420 tranny. I am looking to setup a drivers side PTO to run a winch as well as a rear drive with spline to run a log spliter. Does anyone have any info on setting up a PTO. Believe it or not, it isnt in the manual. What is a rough number of gaskets to start with??
