I've had very good luck using a company called Harry's Steering Gear Rebuilders. Call them and talk to Sam, he will tell you the honest truth about what you want to do. And if it won't work, they will rebuild your steering box to new condition for less than anybody else I know of......Harry's 888-783-3746.
