Stopped today to buy a lotto ticket and there was an older gentleman standing by the door of the store. as I approached the door, he said "I was working at a Dodge dealer in Durango Colorado when those truck first came out in 1946." He said the Ranchers loved those trucks, they would go anywhere and do anything, but they worked the hell out of them. I told him I had to do a lot of work on mine to get it on the road. He asked what year mine was, I told him a 56. He didn't realize they were made that long, and proceeded to move along. That I would share this.
