i picked up a ww2 veteran last summer in my m-37- he was having a hard time walking up a local hill. he told me that he drove many beeps wc51s or52s overseas. he said they were the best trucks ever. we spoke a while after i got him in the truck and i drove him home. i was great to hear about his experiences driving the vehicles he hated having to climb across the seat to get out etc. about a month later i met the same guy in town and he told me that me and my m37 were disrespectful to veterans because it is painted a non military color-- i took it with a grain of salt and went on my way. he deserved the benefit of the doubt
