Just my 2¢ worth. I painted my frame (after sandblasting) with POR 15 and Chassis-Coat Black a couple of years ago. The frame has sat out in my driveway for the last two years with salty snow being piled on top of it in the winter. When I hosed it off this spring to start putting the truck togather, the frame looked just as good as when I painted it.
I sprayed and brushed it on, both worked OK. Do it outside and stay away from the fumes or use a fresh air system. And clean your spray gun IMMEDIATELY!!!!
I would use the stuff again, even though it is a tad expensive.
