Working on Hitch Mount Picture

This is the Hitch it came today and I ordered it last night? I used a couple 1/4" bolts to mock it up. I need to incorporate it into my Dump Bed Hinge. I can come up another inch but wanted to use that space for a center mount into the rear cross member. Hitch will be held on with 8- 1/2" Grade 8 Bolts.
