We bought a place that had a combination front load washer/dryer - not a stack unit but a single machine.
It did a great job - but was a little slow drying.
So - I took it apart to clean the lint from the drum ...
Wrecked it - just was left w/ pieces.
I guess you have to learn by doing to leave well enough alone.
