1960 Power Giant Restoration

I purchased a 1960 Power Giant about 2 years ago. I was able to get it running and could drive around the property...probably not safe for the street at that point. So, I tore it all apart hoping to begin it's complete restoration. Without doing as much research as I should have, I have noticed it is very difficult to locate parts. I have a perfect set of front flare fenders, but I really need the rear fenders and floor pans. Just not sure if I should continue to restore or "part it out." Frame is decent, but it will need new leaf springs. Just getting a bit discouraged, so I thought I would reach out to the PW community for guidance. Thank you.
