Broke my PTO Handle End Casting!!

The weld did not hold it just broke again today! I need the part that the cab handle pivots on in the picture. It is a Dual PTO 2nd Series. Part holds the seal and bearing in also by 3 bolts I think? PTO still works and nothing leaks. Greased & Lubed the whole truck today and there sure is a lot of Zerks! It won't stop me from driving it for a while.
