With A dodge / cummins flywheel housing adapter, the NV-4500 will bolt right up. You will probably need to fab a new floor transmission tunnel. Shifter hole will need to be relocated. New drive shafts and the list goes on and on.

But the bottom line is that its doable. However, I would not do it, the B5.9 is to big for the available room.
