50 degrees and 30 mph winds with rain!!!! Horrors!! I hope all the Power Wagons in Calif. or idling and on standby for rescue missions. It seems like it's either too wet or too dry.
I do remember about 25 years ago, coming back through the central part of Ca, and the roads were flooded over from the rain. Of course there were some heroes who tried to go on through and went off the edge since the water was about halfway up the door on smaller cars.
And in 1968 we got 25" of rain in Cambria, flooding the town twice.
