You hit the nail on the head! It's not your suspension getting flexed up, it's your CAB getting flexed up. Sounds like the throttle linkage across the rear of the engine is rubbing on the firewall or the hole under the gas pedal. Time to do the cab mounts... you may also want to check all engine mounts.
