aquiring a title

Has anyone used one of the services that I have seen in Hemmings in the past. Are any of them still in buisness. I just got another Jeep and it does not have a title. I have seen companies that will get a title given a notorized bill of sale for around $150. I would like any information that anybody has on these outfits. I also have information about several pw's without documentation that this information may come in handy for.
