someone PLEASE HELP

Does anyone out there have a torque spec for the bolts that hold the flywheel/ringgear on a 92 dodge cummins? I was told by a tranny shop that it was 55 ftbs, so i have put it together using those numbers.While at the dealership I mentioned this 55ftbs to a guy in the shop and he thought that sounded low so he looked it up in his book..it said 101 ftbs.then to make matters even more confusing I went by another diesel transmission shop and the owner there said that they ONLY use a 3/8 inch air RATCHET and that I should be OK...Im really confussed now. Do any of you have a book on this truck? OR any advise......PLEASE HELP
