and won t pass inspection--maybe he just wants to sell me some new ones but he does not have any 900s then he said he might there may be some 1000 x 16 and will let me know later--my guess is they are lowboy tires and probably 14 ply or so

said he would recap them if i wanted but no guarantee and at my own risk since they have the tiny little cracks they would be dangerous and could start to come apart running down the road
