every year your car has to pass revision tecnica which gov. shops scattered throuhout the country and they check tires
as i said the checking does not look bad but they won t pass with the tread they have and he said the recap ovens will finish the job as far as toasting them goes
he did say he would recap the for $100 with no guarantee and wished me good luck if i did
