How are your knuckle bearings?

If they are worn you will get bad wear.

Check them by jacking the truck up(use jackstands to support), and then pulling the bottom of the tire towords you.

If the tire wobbles in and out there is wear, and you need to rebuild the knuckles.

If the knuckles are tight, then I have been told the way the camber is set is having a BIG truck shop use some kind of press that will bend the tube slightly. I have not done this, nore do I know for sure if this is they way it is done, but that is what a buddy of mine says is done.
