Or just get the higher quality spade terminals...I don't recall those switches being that expensive. I have a IR Single Phase 230V compressor off a 30 amp circuit as well, a -30 type, also a true 5 hp and 17 cfm at 90 psi. If you need better spade terminals, the local electrical supply house can help.
In the last ten years it has needed a belt and check valve.
And I did order a couple of boxes of the good Milton Quick Connects in the 1/4 size, 715 and 716 from Toolwarehouse.net at $3.25 each
