M37 Question

First I would like to thank everyone who has helped me over the past 2 months get my dodge running over. Couple questions:
1.what grade of oil do I need to use and how many quarts of oil does it take?
2. Does anyone have a oil filter part number?
3. I am 6'4" and have a hard time working the clutch even with the seat all the way back. Does anyone else have this problem and has anyone got a fix?
