I had kind of forgot the front transfer case cross member was riveted in until I was started disassembly. I was kind thinking I would have to drill rivets but hoping maybe it could be done without removing the front cross member. I imagine even if I could put everything together without removing the front cross member I would regret it if I ever have to remove the t case.
