Got my tease operational and hung. Im finishing up the last few items.

On the e-brake is it designed to rub a bit? Seems there is some type of pin on the left side that holds the drum in place. Can someone describe it to me so i get it right?

Iim currently using a small bolt but it seems to apply pressure to the left side with out applying the brake.(bolt pulls it towards the drum.)
