Selling and money transfers

I have my truck for sale in the photo classified and a guy offshore asked to pay for it with paypal but he asked for my paypal email to make the transaction. I called paypal and they said it was secure to provide the email to transfer funds.

When the buyer tried to set up a transporter they only accepted money gram which he couldn't do so he asked to forward me thru paypal the shipping fee and asked if I would pay for it on his behalf.

This sounds somewhat fishy and I'm wondering if it may be a scam. Has anyone had any experiences similar?
