We have one ISP officer who's making quite a career for himself busting all the people hauling pot through North Idaho between pot-friendly Washington and pot-friendly Montana on I-90. In the latest bust he pulled over a guy for having his license plate obscured by his trailer hitch ball and for signalling a lane change for 3 seconds rather than the legally-required 5 seconds prior to changing lanes. Then they brought out the Forest Service sniffer dog and the rest is predictable.
