I'm not sure what exactly it is you are seeking, like an interchange of fuel tanks & mufflers or just curious, but the 3/4-Ton CD-ROM from Military Media has both the WWII 3/4-Ton WC and M37 manuals on it for $19.95 plus $5 S&H. There are enough photos you can see a visual difference.
