i have been driving my command car and am noticing a noise that i don't have in my m-37. the noise seems to be coming from the transmission. the truck has no winch so it is not the pto lever like on the 37. the noise occurs only while moving. it is louder when coasting then under power. im not sure if it is the e-brake band or drum or if i have a gear problem in the tranny itself. it is a hollow sound, that is not unlke the transfer case on my m37 while coasting. any ideas??? also my clutch seems to spin for a long while after shifing to neutral-- for much longer than my m37. it should slow down and stop pretty quickly right?? is the clutch out of adjustment?? if it is could that be the noise??? i know i am shifting correctly double clutching and all.. any help you guys could give would be a huge help. i am planning, unless you guys steer me differently to do a process of elimination fix -- eliminating one variable at a time starting with the e-brake. thanks guys.
