You'll want to replace all those strips, angle strips too. They need to be straight.

Slice all the welds and break off all those accessories. Cut the head off the bolt that spins. Tack weld a piece of scrap to the phillips, and unscrew. Or heat it red hot with an acetylene torch, after it cools use a cold chisel to turn it.
