Well for me it's WA.
The rural borders seem to be a little better but the 2 main crossings from Vancouver heading into the US are very busy & seem to have the rudest lot.
The Canadian side...no problem at all for us but talking to US friends it appears reversed for them & the Canadian side extremely harsh.
Oh well...I'm happy to be able to cross & I'm always polite & do exactly as I'm told. If they could read my mind however, I'd likely not be admissible ;)
