OT spraying polyurethane

I have been restoring trim adn cabinets in my house and refinishing with Minwax one step polyurethane. the can does not mention how to spray it if posible. just says use brush. I have 14 cabinet doors and 8 drawers to finish, 3 coats, thats alot of brushing. My question can it be sprayed with one of those electric paint sprayers? how much to thin it? what to thin it with? says use mineral spirits to clean up.
