If your talking about the 1/8"tube (about 1 1/2"long) That lubes the cam gear/chain., You should be able to push a piece of wire or pipe cleaner through it with no problem. I assume you've removed it from the block and tried it? or soaked it in carb cleaner first? If you can't unclog it the part # for that is CC-600787, VPW should have them (item #47,$2).
