Hey, that would be an _excellent_ name for a band. Anyway, I went out and found what looked like it would fit the Dana 44, 2-1/2 inch hub bearing locknuts. It's too thick to fit into the inside of the front hub. So I could grind the outside corners off, I don't think it would take much. These things aren't going to need to take a lot of torque anyway, are they? Or should I keep looking for the "correct" socket? Also what size are the nuts in the rear Dana 60? (in case I ever get those glued in axles out.) How big of a sledge hammer will it take? Three pound ain't it.
