Is this a fair price for radiator recore?

'67 W300, but I believe the radiator is from a W500. I don't have the dimensions with me, but the core is about 30" x 30". Radiator shop quoted $410 to recore. Guy said it is 2 rows of 3/4" tubes, and refered to the fines as "industrial grade fins". Is this a resonable price?
