fender and running board brackets

got enuff good fender and running board brackets two and two good front fenders off the parts trucks to do the orange beast with running bds. front to rear and one good driver s side running bd. to prep and paint

question is there a ligquid i can fill up a small container with that the brackets fit in and it eats all the rust up or is it best to wash sand and fertan
