Assuming it's one of the later more common Wc 53 3/4 tons....
Engine, standard t214 230 cu in, bits from VPW or fit another, freely available from any other 3/4 ton.
Engine serial, T214-xxxx top left corner of block immediately below head joint.
Chassis serial, LH frame rail side above front spring front hanger, 8 x 3/8" numerals faintly stamped, usually 81xxxxxx.
Body serial, passengers door pillar, 4249-xxxx
Drivers side mount - radio ariel, brushguard bar come forward to door
All had combat wheels
no arms except carbine carriers.
Winch ? fit one on demountable PW brackets or graft 10" of front chassis from a weapons Carrier.
As for the paintwork and stencilling, not a clue if it is anything other than the factory OD and army marking to AR-850-5
