Nope. You have to use a short-tailshaft, dual-window NP435. They were only made from '62-'67 with the hydraulic bellhousing. Rare, and require a Chelsea 350 or 352 PTO. I had to take two transmissions apart to build one that would work, and it took two years to track down a Chelsea 350 PTO that didn't run me $800.The NP420 will work with a V-8, but you'll lose your winch.
