into what we call mixed chop ,u could add oats barley and corn in the mix .then fire the stuff dry in to a feed . we here would wet it down just for keeping down dust. roller mills were more popular around these parts.The roller mill would crack open grain so cattle could eat it and not pass through the stomaches undigested.junoir copey
