Chris: Thanks for the reply. The spring is kind of weak, so I don't know if that is the issue or not. The valve really looks to be missing something though. There is a big hole on the top part with concentric circles almost like a rubber thing went on it. I can solve it by calling VPW, but I'm curious now. Air goes past it equally as well in both directions and the spring really does nothing since there is no pre-load on it.
