Tim had a good idea. Partition off a work area, large enough for what you need. It would be cool to have an overhead door, or at least a rolling door, big enough to get a truck through, in that wall. Then put radiant heat tubes down, over the top of some heavy plastic sheething, 2" of suitable foam insulation, and pour a slab. You can build a ceiling at the height of the top of the wall, insulate that, and use it to store stuff. It's only money, right?
