I see casting #s in description.

The 18xxxx number, the auction ending in 891, is the one I'd go for. Note the smaller clearance around the intake valves? That is a factor beyond compression. It supposedly helps with air flow.

That gives me at least 10 casting numbers in my notes. Though I haven't been taking/saving pics. I'm thinking the 16xxxx heads were probably good too. Casting number seem to be sequentaily / year. Higher # = later design.
