The ends snap under the hooks on the pan, trim to about 1/4" high. Then some silicone in the corners of the pan. Then glue side gaskets to pan, on top of ends. Then a bit more silicone in the corners of the block where the end gaskets will seat, and raise into position.

You need a short socket on a crank handle, maybe with an extra nut in the socket, You probably want to be able to push the bolts upwards with the socket while turning.

Cork gaskets is not the place for air tools. And the point of glues is that so many sealers act as a greasy lube, and the cork will come sliding out like a watermelon seed between perched lips. Snug them up until you barely see the gasket getting squished outward. You can always come back later and snug a bit more, but split gasket means coming back and removing the pan all over. agin.
