Must be the one currently on Ebay? Second time around for it, high bid was around $8k last time if I recollect. Seems well done. I had one with the same engine/transmission and was happy with it for rumbling around and playing-- not a highway vehicle. Quite a hoot with the windshield folded down and the top off. As others have said, you really have to think about how you want to use it. We could have a long discussion regarding the pros and cons vs a stock M37, FFPW, or alternate choice, so I'm commenting only on the rig the OP is considering.
