55 M37 with 350 short block & auto trans

I'm considering buying my first Power Wagon & I've found a 55 with a 350 Chevy V8, turbo 400 auto trans,has been converted to 12v. What are some of the issues I should be concerned about? I'm familiar with Jeeps and fj40s, but know nothing about these.
